What does the term “Edition” mean?
The term Edition refers to the number of impressions produced of a single image. Limited Edition refers to a set production number, for example, 1/9, 2/9, 3/9, etc. Open Edition means there is no set production number.
What does the term “Proof” mean?
A proof is a preliminary version of a finished piece. It may contain a color or detail variation which prevents it from becoming part of the final Limited Edition.
